On a 2004 Toyota Sienna XLT, the OBD-II (On-Board Diagnostics) plug is located underneath the dashboard on the driver's side. Specifically, it can be found near the steering column, just above the brake pedal and close to the fuse box. You may need to adjust your position or use a flashlight to see it clearly.
