Your starter solenoid is sticking. Replace the starter solenoid and you should be good to go.
It is mounted on the top of the starter. Just follow the positive cable from the battery and it will be bolted to the selonoid.

Even though it may click, the contact is dirty and not good enough to transmit strong electrical power to the starter. Change the starter relay which is connected to the positive cable to the battery. Do not confuse the starter solenoid with the starter relay.
follow the positive battery cable down to the starter solinoid which is mounted to the starter motor, the starter motor should be on the same side as the battery is. good luck
On the starter if 1 pos cable or midway if you have 2 pos cables & is remote mounted between.
After disconnecting the battery cables at the battery, disconnect the wires on the starter, then unbolt the starter. With the starter unbolted, pull it forward towards the front of the vehicle, then drop the nose of the starter and bring ti to the ground.
Follow the positive battery cable and it will lead to it.
