If your Corsa diesel doesn't start when you turn the key and nothing happens, it could be due to a dead battery, faulty ignition switch, or a blown fuse. Additionally, check the starter motor and connections for any loose or corroded wires. If the dashboard lights don't illuminate when you turn the key, the issue is likely electrical. If you're unsure, it's best to consult a mechanic for a thorough diagnosis.

The S-10 is not a car it is a truck. The only S-10 trucks that have a cam belt are the diesels. This diesel engine is an interference engine. So if the belt broke you more than likely have internal engine damage. Trying to start it with a broken belt will do nothing as it will not start and the damage has already been done. If you do not have a diesel you do not have a cam belt you have a cam chain.
nothing happens
If you put petrol in a diesel vehicle do not start the engine. Petrol will do serious damage to a diesel engine. You must drain all the petrol out and flush the fuel lines.
Nothing, you have to start over again.

In small amounts diesel will not affect operation, but eventually as the mixture becomes more diesel than gas it will not burn in a gasoline car, and will damage a diesel vehicle. If you have mixed more than 5% diesel with your gas you should probably drain and start over to avoid damage.
