the battery is dead. charge it. if the battery won't charge buy a new one.
your battery is gone flat by the sound of it
The clicking can signify a weak or dead battery. Make sure the battery is fully charged to start the engine.
dead battery, jump start and maybe buy new battery, you could allso have a bad alternater
It is likely to be the starter is not working.
just clicking sound when trying to start, and you have good connections and power, means you need to replace the starter motor
When my 1999 did it, I needed to get a new battery.
batterry died , loose connections on battery posts or start solnoid
The clicking sound is probably your solenoid trying to work. Your battery has just enough electricity to make the solenoid operate but not enough electricity to make the starter work. You probably have an almost dead battery.
Check the oil first, if oil is low it will run good but just have a constant clicking sound on idle.
That could be the alternator or the battery. Try jump starting your car with another car's battery. If it still does not start, it is probably the alternator. If it starts, your battery is dead.
check your battery connections....sometimes when you have a loose ground or the positive cable is not secure to the battery it wont make a complete connection and the clicking sound results.....had it happen before...simple fix of just tightening and/or cleaning the connections to the battery terminals
1. dead battery 2. bad starter 3. bad cylinoid
