Inspect all the vacuum lines, you may have one cracked and you are loosing vacuum to operate the HVAC system.

check your thermostat first
Intermittant short?
your battery will make a big spark or your battery could blow up.
See if there is something in the cigar lighter housing like some change. Other wise you have a short to ground in the power supply somewhere
check the blower fuse if the fuse is good the blower motor is bad or else you have short
Coolant low in the radiator, or the vent down sills are plugged with leaves, and other debris.
Those bulbs blow too... Your dealer should have em. Its only about 5 screws to take out the instrument panel and the bulbs screw out.
Probably have a short in tail light or license plate light. It could also be a bad bulb. If bulb, see sources and related links below for bulb information.
If it does blow just not cold air you should see if it needs to be recharged
If a head gasket is bad, the pressure of combustion can be transferred into the cooling system. The addition pressure in the cooling system can blow out the radiator. Assuming your not replacing it with a used one. Used radiators are usually temporary.
