Although it is unlikely, all US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - it is impossible to know with certainty whether a particular state will choose to extradite you for a certain offense or not, there are simply too many variables. It may depend on the offense and the seriousness of it, and/or how badly they want you returned - most states WILL extradite for felony offenses.

What should be more important to you is - your drivers license is undoubtedly suspended or revoked due to your failure to appear. If/when you are stopped you will be arrested and charged, at the very least, for driving without a license.

Will Texas extradite from Florida on 2nd degree felony charges?

Yes, Texas can extradite a person from Florida on second-degree felony charges. Extradition between states is governed by the Uniform Criminal Extradition Act, which allows states to request the return of fugitives charged with crimes. If the proper legal procedures are followed and the request is valid, Florida is obliged to comply with Texas's extradition request. However, the process can involve legal challenges and may take time to resolve.

If you have an arrest warrant issued in Texas is it valid in California too?

If the police run your background for any reason they will see the arrest warrant for Texas. Depending on the charges Texas may or may not decide to extradite you. If it is a minor charge they may not extradite because Texas would have to pay for it.

Will KY extradite a violation of probation from Florida?

It depends on the probation, felony or misdemeanor. Either way, if you get picked up in Florida they will run a nationwide warrant check on you. If they find the po violation, they will let the that county know and they will have a set amount of days to come get you or your automatically released. Here in Texas its 10 buisness days

I was extradited from Texas back to Missouri on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check so I would definitely say YES!!! Bad thing was the check wasn't even mine and even though charges were dropped once I got back, they let me out in the middle of Missouri with nothing around and no way to get back home.

Need to know if state of Colorado is going to extradeite me from state of texas. I have signed a waiver of extradition.?

The State of Colorado will probably extradite you from Texas since you have signed a waver of extradition. If for some reason charges were dropped, then they would not extradite you. That is extremely rare. Count on being extradited.
