The main difference between US and UK bra sizes lies in the way the band size is calculated. In the UK, the band size is typically measured in inches and corresponds directly to the bust measurement, while in the US, it is usually one size smaller than the UK size. For example, a UK size 34B is equivalent to a US size 34A. Additionally, the cup sizes are consistent between the two systems, but the overall sizing can lead to confusion when shopping internationally.
For this you need to understand sister sizes, which means a bra size whose cups hold the same volume as another bra size. For example, the sister sizes of the bra size 30D are:26DDD [US] or 26E [UK]28DD32C34B36A38AAAll of those bra sizes hold the same amount of breast tissue, but the size of the band and the width and projection of the cups changes. Someone who wears a 34B has a wider ribcage and shallow, spread-out breasts compared to someone who wears a 26E, who has a smaller ribcage and narrow, projected breasts. There are two graphics that show the relation of sister sizes. In each graphic, all the bra sizes that are in the same color row all hold the same amount of breast tissue.United Kingdom graphic: http://i.imgur.com/6KJjw.pngUnited States graphic: http://i.imgur.com/Sy2LsFf.jpgIn the UK graphic, the smallest bra sizes by volume is 28AA and 26A, while the largest sizes by volume are 50FF, 48G, 46GG, 44H, 42HH, 40J, 38JJ, and 36K.Currently, the largest cup size made in the UK system is LL, so the largest by volume would also include sizes 34KK, 32L, and 30LL.In the US graphic, the smallest bra sizes by volume are also 28AA and 26A (as well as 24B, which is not currently made), and the largest sizes by volume are 52DDD/E/F, 50DDDD/F/G, 48G/H/J, 46I/J/K, 44J, 42K, 40L, 38M, 36N.The largest cup letter currently made in the US is N, which is equal to a UK JJ cup. Brands that follow the UK sizing system, and make cups K, KK, L, and LL, therefore make more larger cups than the US, and may be suitable for women who outsize the US brand's N cupsIt is also worth noting that a couple of United States brands have adopted the UK lettering system as it makes much more sense. One such company is "Affinitas" and it's "Parfait by Affinitas" line. The smallest band commercially made is 28. You can also have 26 and 24 inch bands made by companies such as Ewa Michalak, or you can make them yourself. As more people start to realize that a large number of women need bands under 30", we will see more and more 28s, 26s, and 24s.
To convert number ring sizes to letter sizes, you can use a conversion chart that correlates the two systems. Generally, a number size corresponds to a specific diameter in millimeters, while letter sizes are based on the circumference. For example, a US size 6 (which has a diameter of about 16.5 mm) typically corresponds to a letter size of "M". You can find various online charts or calculators to make accurate conversions.
Its equivalent to a 10 size in USA sizes. I am size 10 in USA and tried several sizes until 34 fits correctly, so its proven :)

You go to the dressing room and try it on.
Bra size double Z would represent an extremely large breast size. However, it is not a standard bra size and would typically not be readily available in most stores. Sizes beyond DD or DDD are uncommon and often custom-made.

Unfortunately in Vietnam there are no universal clothes sizes. Sizes on the labels actually tend to differ between brands and companies. For example, a medium-sized shirt by one brand would be classed as a large shirt by another brand. Travellers to Vietnam have often reported that XXL sizes there are equivalent to medium or large sizes elsewhere. If you are sending clothes from the US to Vietnam, you're better off asking for the recipient's measurements and work out their size yourself, which can be a bit personal for some. If you are buying in Vietnam, many people ignore the labels and just try them on, knowing that there is no consistency in them. A lot of Vietnamese get their clothes custom made by a tailor rather than using sizes.
NZ sizes are the same as Australian sizes pretty much. To convert US sizes to an Australian/New Zealand size you add two sizes so a 2 in the US is a 6 in NZ a 4 is an 8 a 6 is a 10 and so on obviously to convert the other way take away two sizes so if you're a size twelve in New Zealand and you're buying US clothes on line then you should be buying size 8's. Hope this helps
The UK bra size equivalent with a US 34e is a 34F. A great place for converting undergarment sizes between countries is the 85b website. Conversion of any bra size can be done between many different countries. Simply click on the bra size converter on the right hand side of the page.

A US bra size 44C is equivalent to a UK size 44D. In the UK sizing system, the cup sizes are typically one letter up from the US system, so a C cup in the US corresponds to a D cup in the UK. Additionally, the band size remains the same in both systems.
