It's easy, if this is your first time wearing a bra don't go out and buy some random wire stuffed bra. Instead, just get a good fit sports bra, until it gets too small for you. Then you can go out to a professional bra helper, she will help you find out what bra size you have, or you could just ask your mother. I'm only 13 right now and I got a lot of help from my mother and older sister who is now 20. And if it starts to hurt anywhere around your chest get a new bra or go see a special doctor.
I hope i could help out!

No its the cup size of bra
You go to get measured at a shop or something. If not just buy a random bra and try it on if it doesn't fit its not your size.
The cup size of a bra is the letter in the size, for example the B in "36B" is the cup size. It represents how much larger the breasts are than the measurement around the rib cage.
No, a 38A bra size is not bigger than a 38B bra size. The number indicates the band size (38 inches), while the letter represents the cup size. A "B" cup is larger than an "A" cup, so a 38B is larger than a 38A.
Everyone is different it depends you will have to get your bra fitted at a shop.

You can know a woman's bra size by asking her. If you do not think it is appropriate to ask her for her bra size, then her bra size is probably none of your business.
