The easiest thing to do is just tell her. You can start by asking her when she first started to wear a bra, or let her know that you're uncomfortable sometimes.
go to the mall and tell mom you are going to look at clothes. then go to the bra depot. and try on all types, shapes, and colored bras. mom should not be around. then wait for mom (or go find her) and tell her you know what you want, and that you will pay for it. my mom said okay, you sure that this will fit? you have to say that you tried it on, and everything. she might walk back over to the bras with you. she asked me if i tried on all the bras, and i said yes (duh) so that is how i got my first bra. and no embarrassing moments will happen during the prosses. that is how i plan to get bigger sizes too.
rue 21 bras range from 32 A to 36 D
Bandeau bras come in S, M, L and XL sizes. S is equivalent to 4 to 6, M to 8 to 10, L to 12 to 14 and XL to size 16. Bandeau bras come in different and original designs that are comfortable to wear.
The size of a D-Cup depends on the size of the band. A bra size 32D is smaller, in volume, then a 38D.
Fourteen year old girls may all have different sizes of bras. It may be any size, from 28A to 42D.
Tell her that you want to get one for when you need it
Training bras were made just for this purpose, if you have not fully developed. If you are ready for a bra and are in a training bra discuss it with a trusted adult (i.e. your mom, even dad) and go shopping for a bra.
Tell her simply that you think this is the age you should start to wear bras. Don't be embarrassed to ask her, we all have boobs...
Hey there, I'm a girl and I go through the same problems. It wasn't that hard to tell my mom, well I didn't really have to tell her because she already noticed that i needed to move on from training bras to a real bra. But if that hasn't happen between you and your mom, just tell her the truth, because your mom will always understand what your going through; because she went through it too. And you can get bras at Walmart in the girls department, in the back right next to the training bras. You can know which size you are by just getting the next size up from a training bra, which is an A32 bra size and if that doesn't work get the next size up.
the only way is to tell her or ask her when she first started to wear bras

ask her
Well I was scared to but i asked yesterday by writing a note and putting it in my moms room and she said yes.
Just be open with her. Tell her that you are developing and that you think you should start wearing bras. You might be a little embarassed at first but then when you start wearing them its not ebarassing to talk about it.
go up to your mum and tell her that you need some new bras and that you would like to be there when she is buying them, if she sees that you have a padded bra say that u need something comfortable for sport.
Probably to provide support to her chest.
simply ask friends for old bras of there own.... and if that doesn't work just have a talk with your mom trust me i had the same problem.. she will understand
