http://interiordec.about.com/od/beds/a/bedsizes.htm http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed The pages above say that a 140x200cm bed is slightly narrower/shorter than a Queen (153x203cm / 152x203cm) and slightly wider/longer than a Double/Full (137x190cm / 137x191cm). So I would say if the frame is big enough, go for a queen mattress since the length will fit, but it will be hanging just a tiny bit too big. Same for bedding materials... Full wouldn't fit since it's narrower and shorter.
The standard bed size for a double bed is 54 inches by 75 inches. A double bed is also called a full size bed.

No. A double sized bed is the same as a full size bed. A twin sized bed is also known as a single.
King size bedding would be much too big for a double bed. A double bed is 2 sizes smaller than a king size and therefore the bedding would be way too big to fit onto the double bed.

A semi double bed is slightly smaller than a standard double bed, typically measuring around 48 inches wide compared to the standard double bed which is around 54 inches wide. This means that a semi double bed provides less sleeping space than a standard double bed, making it more suitable for single sleepers or smaller rooms.
A double bed, also known as a full bed, is generally the second-smallest type of mattress. A single bed, which may be known as a twin bed, is smaller than a double bed.
