I actually have a 1943-S steel penny without the 3. This is caused by the number being filled in with debris from the minting process and is called an "error". Errors are collectable and price varies considerably from one source to another. Although not rare I consider one to be worth $2-$5 depending upon the condition of the coin.
$400 to $6,000
The coin is zinc coated steel, not silver, that's why it's magnetic. 1943 steel Lincoln cents are common. Most circulated coins have retail values of 5 to 10 cents.
Those don't exist. The only "silver" pennies were minted in 1943 to support the war effort.
To determine the value of £120,000 in 1943 in today's money, we need to account for inflation over the decades. Using historical inflation rates, £120,000 in 1943 would be equivalent to approximately £4.5 million to £5 million in today's currency, depending on the specific calculations and indices used. This reflects the significant changes in purchasing power and economic conditions over the past 80 years.
Sometimes, for various reasons, the die used to make the coin has a double image on it and thus, shows on all of the coins struck by it. In other instances worn machines will cause the die to "bounce" when it strikes the coin blank leaving a slight double image call "machine doubling".
A 1943 steel penny with no mintmark can be worth $.35 - $1.50
A 1943 steel penny is worth just that 1cent.
it is not rare enough to have any value [will have value in about 3 years]
No such thing. Steel cents were only minted in 1943.
Average value is 5 to 25 cents.
1943 was the only year for steel cents
No such thing. Steel cents were produced in 1943, not '42.
Just regular steel, not stainless steel. That metal was too hard for use in coins back in 1943.
its value a 1943s is 0.40 1943p is 0.30 1943d is 0.35
