Nope - a face wash is intended to be applied - then rinsed off immediately. A face mask is designed to be applied - and left in place for a length of time to allow the components to work.
Lilly Collins does a honey mask on her face once a week.

Try a clay mask, it will help dry your pimples. Wash daily with a face wash (I use proactive and acne free).
To wear a mask correctly, ensure it fully covers your nose and mouth, fitting snugly against the sides of your face without gaps. Avoid touching the front of the mask, and use the ear loops or ties to put it on and take it off. It’s important to wash your hands before and after handling the mask. If using a disposable mask, discard it after use, and if using a cloth mask, wash it regularly.
well hand wash is to wash your hands and body wash is to wash your body but you could use both of them for the same thing.
try a cool wash cloth, cucumber slices, or a gel face mask
To get a clean smooth face, start by cleaning your face daily with a face wash and cleanser. Then once a week use a mineral mask to help open any pores and give a nice clean feeling to the skin.
The biggest thing is to wash your hands frequently, and avoid touching your face or eyes.
Try to get rid of the pimple, by using a face mask or face wash. Honey works well too. But if the pimple does not go away, you just have to shave around it.
I want to know the same thing :/
