Yemenite women wear veil, and thats why you don't see them, many women in (sana) have red,blonde, chestnut brown hair- like my yemeni mother! but you'll also find women like these in other cities like aden , hodeidah etc. My grandfather (yemen) and most of my relatives are blue,green eyed.
