It is never a good idea to put any chemicals, such as windex, on any gemstone. The most one should use would be a drop of MILD dish washing soap. Use a very soft toothbrush and gently scrub your stone.
Use only water on any gemstone that is organic in nature. (Amber, Pearl, Coral, Paua shell, etc...)
I would suggest the windex multi purpose cleaner
You really should not mix Windex with Kirby floor cleaner because there are different acids in them which could cause a bad chemical reaction and would harm your health.
Shouldn't be an issue, but if you want to be really sure, Windex just came out with an Electronics cleaner and a microfiber cloth to wipe it
No, you should not use Windex to clean your eyeglasses. Windex contains ammonia and other harsh chemicals that can damage lens coatings and potentially scratch the lenses. Instead, use a microfiber cloth and a cleaner specifically designed for eyewear to ensure they remain in good condition.
If the board has gotten smudged, use windex glass cleaner and paper towels.
Getting good gem stones can be purchased on the internet, or by collectors. Jewelers are also likely to have great gem stones that one can use, depending on their preferences.
After cleaning with soap and water, 409 or other cleaner - Windex them...or use my favorite Zep glass cleaner.
No, go to the local music store and get a cleaner or a polishing cloth works well.
Yes. Make sure to wipe off all excess cleaner before using. Use a damp cloth to do this.
It is not recommended to clean porcelain floors with Windex with ammonia as it may leave streaks or damage the surface. It is best to use a cleaner specifically designed for porcelain tiles to avoid any potential damage.
Do not spray windex or any surface cleaner directly on the screen. It can drip and run in to the electronics. You can use products like Endust Electronics cleaner wipes to clean the screen and the casing.
To clean hardwood cabinets in the kitchen, it's best to use a solution of vinegar and water or a gentle all-purpose cleaner specifically designed for wood. Bleach can damage the finish and Windex may contain ammonia that can also harm the wood. Always test any cleaner on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn’t damage the surface.
