Yes, you can get clogged pores in your armpit, like you can on your face and back. I just read this week that you can use a facial scrub with granules in it twice a week to cut down on this problem. However, be aware you have lymph nodes under your arms and should one of them become swollen, this can indicate infection somewhere and should be checked by your doctor. Lymph nodes are bigger and deeper than a pimple would be.
get it checked out just incase but sometimes it could just be sort of like a pimple or the pore got clogged and is creating a lump
because your skin absorbs and the foundation is absorbed in to your pore which than get clogged

Pimple's are formed when a pore becomes clogged. So a pore on the skin inside your belly button became clogged. If you do not pop it the pimple will continue to grow. So I would suggest popping it.

It could very well be a boil aka an abcess which is an infected and clogged sweat pore. they can be found in mainly the armpit and groin area because they are prone to sweat more. Sometimes they drain pus and blood themselves and return to normal leaving a small scar, but most times (especially for armpits) a doctor needs to drain it or surgically remove it.
A pore is a small opening on the surface of the skin that allows sweat and other substances to pass through. Pores can become clogged with oil, dirt, and dead skin cells, leading to skin issues like acne. Proper cleansing and skincare routines can help keep pores clear and healthy.
An acne breakout is simply a zit, pimple etc. which is nothing but just a pore that is clogged with oil and dirt and become infected.
The white substance in a pore is often a mix of sebum (oil produced by the skin), dead skin cells, and bacteria. When this mixture becomes trapped in the pore, it can lead to bacterial growth and decomposition, which produces an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the breakdown of organic material in the clogged pore can release volatile compounds that contribute to the smell. Regular cleansing can help prevent this buildup and reduce odor.
If you have scratched or irritated your pimple then it becomes red.
