Womens Remington shavers are the best because of their durability and performance.
There is no "legal age" for buying electric shavers. They are no more hazardous than any other small, line-powered device and children buy them for their fathers all the time.
Using an electric shaver while taking a bath is dangerous because water and electricity can create a risk of electric shock. Even though many electric shavers are designed to be water-resistant, there is still a potential for malfunction or failure. Additionally, wet surfaces can lead to slip-and-fall accidents, increasing the risk of injury. It’s safer to use electric shavers in a dry environment to minimize these hazards.
yes they can be use on both, although dry surfaces work much better.
From my experience of using many electric shavers the one product with which I am satisfied with is the Philips sensotouch electric shaver. Its flexing and pivoting heads have made my shaving easy.

Yes most women tend to like the smell of mens armpits this has been proven by numerous studies and even simple surveys. However women do not like to admit to this in infatuation it is in fact shown that women's hidden desire for the sweaty aroma of a man's armpits can even date back to roman times where women would take sample of sweat from the glands of gladiators and use it as perfume! Women tend to rather be embarrassed by this desire rather than extroversive!
No, there aren't any Norelco products offered for women, although you can still use the shavers for men without any trouble. There is no reason that women can't use the men's quattro five shaver. It works better because it has more blades and gets a closer shave.
Use a deodorant/antipersperiant. It can reduce underarm wetness and/or mask the smell of stinky armpits with a scent of your choice.
Apply liberally to armpits and crotch.
