A quick weave is glued in small sections to the root are and scalp of the hair. This process takes less than an hour to complete. A sew in weave is more complicated. First the natural hair is corn rowed and then the weave is sewn into the cornrows. A sew in weave can take a few hours to complete.
Not directly onto weave but if your locks are short/small enough, you can cornrow them and put a stocking cap over, and then bond the weave directly onto the stocking cap therefore preserving the dreadlocks and allowing you to try a different style. Just be very careful with the bonding glue!
dreads can be attached to existing dreads a few ways, one is to comb out the matching ends a inch or 2, then mash the ends together and use a crochet hook to weave them together. (i would never use a crochet hook on dreads for any other purpose)another way is the same except no crochet, instead put a bead or wrap over the joint to hold it while they dread together naturally.
It's best to dye the hair prior.
yes he does have dreads
A boy can comb out his dreads if he wants to.
everyone looks good in dreads. but not everyone thinks you look good in dreads. it does not matter how you look in dreads, only how you feel. dreads are not about looks, but lifestyle. are you ready for a change? then dread up!.
