If your streching your ears to a size gauge that is pretty small and you take out the plug your ears will eventually go back to normal if your streching your ears to a size gauge that is pretty big like EX: 3/4 or an 1", and you take the plug out your ears will take a couple weeks for your ears to close up, BUT they will do so. Maybe not all the way but they will close up smaller then what you had your plug size at. ANYTIPS? YES! if you want healthy ears, use vit e oil on thoes bad boys, rub on every night before bed if you have a blow out or get one. take the plug that caused that blow out and change it back to your smaller size and let it heal. Blowouts are sick and they should never hit public eyes. !JPEN
it depends how much you have streched it, if it has gone past 2g, 6.5mm ( as said to be the point of no return) then no, it wont grow back to the peircings original size

No. streching WILL increase flexability though. Eating healthy nutrisios foods and exersize will help you grow. Maruko101's answer: In a way. If you do certain stretches, your spine will get a little stretched out and you will seem taller, but if you stop stretching daily, you will become stiff and your spine will go back to normal. Thats why I think anyways.
