It really depends on your skin type and how sensitive it is. People with oily skin can usually use clay masks more than people with dry skin. The clay pulls out oils. If you have dryer skin, it can over dry you. Start out using the mask once a week. If you have no problems with that, you can try advancing to twice a week. As long as you don't notice any itchiness, redness, or dryness, you should be good.
