Yes, you can use Fanci Full after a perm, but it's advisable to wait at least 48 hours before applying any color or rinse to allow your hair to stabilize. Fanci Full is a temporary color rinse that can enhance your perm's texture and color while providing shine. However, always perform a patch test first and consider the health of your hair, as chemical treatments can make it more susceptible to damage.
Why not just try it? It does wash right out!!

To perform a pre-perm test curl, you would dampen a small section of hair, wrap it around a perm rod, and apply the perm solution on the rod. Process as you would with a regular perm, and observe the results to check for hair compatibility and desired curl outcome before proceeding with a full perm treatment.
i haven't had a perm in 10 years. Would Like a mild perm for a African American hair.
If your hair is dry and porous then it will. When your hair is damaged it soaks in thr rinse and sometimes it doesn't wash out. If you are fearful at all of this happening to your hair I would not use it.
