Unfortunately, nail polish remover is mainly a solvent- acetone. Depending on the type of tile, it Is possible that nail polish remover has dissolved part of the tile. This cannot be undone, and that tile would have to be replaced.
To remove red fingernail polish from clothes that have been washed but not dried, first, place the stained area face down on a clean paper towel. Apply acetone or nail polish remover to the back of the stain, pressing the paper towel to absorb the polish. Repeat until the stain is no longer transferring. Then, launder the garment again to remove any remaining traces of nail polish remover.

To remove Loctite 401 instant adhesive from clothing, first try scraping off as much of the adhesive as possible with a blunt edge. I had some nail polish smudge on my screen today, carefully scratched off as much dried nail polish as I could, then dampened a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and spent a few minutes rubbing the rest of the nail polish residue away, worked like a charm! I heard nail polish remover might damage the laptop screen as it's not made of glass it's an LCD. Don't know for sure if that's true but didn't want to chance it!
To remove dark nail polish from carpet, first blot up as much as possible with a clean cloth. Then, apply a small amount of nail polish remover onto a clean cloth and gently dab at the stained area, working from the outside in to prevent spreading. Repeat until the stain is lifted, then rinse the area with water and blot dry.
