Check your Trac Wire connection on the tube of you intake. It must be attached. After making sure it is attached. Disconnect your positive lead to your battery, leave off for approx. 2 minutes before re-attaching it. This will reboot your ECM. Should be O.K. after this task.
Well, I would recommend taking the windshield wipers off, and then try re-attaching it to the windshield. However, there is also the option of checking to see if the attachment is attached properly in the first place.
If your key will not turn off your car alarm at drivers door lock cylinder, remove drivers door panel, and check the rear of lock cylinder for a switch which should be attached to back of lock cylinder(often can be knocked off when door has been opened using a slim jimmy), if not attach, re-attach, if attached, then replace switch.
