Well, actually i have heard it tangles hair but some hair which is thin and smooth wouldn't mind a little lotion but,always tangled, thick , notted up hair wouldn't be so good for your hair. ;) Actually I have thick, long hair and I use lotion in my hair quite often. It does not make it tangled or knotted. I haven't discovered if its good for my hair or not... but I always get compliments on hair good my hair looks when I use it.
