Not recommended... Doing your own piercings is not recommended unless you are a trained professional.
It is called a "nape" piercing
It's simply a nape piercing
You definitely should not attempt to pierce your own body. Instruments used for piercing need to be sterilized, you could do the piercing incorrectly, and you could end up with serious problems if the piercing is not performed correctly. If you can't get the piercing done by someone who is trained to do them, then you need to wait until you can.
Depends on were you live and were you go but I would consider asking the guy doing the piercing befor you get your neck pierced: )

If they piercing had not fully healed before you took the jewellery out it could become infected. If the inital piercing had healed, the soreness and redness should go do on its own. You can help it by using ice, and keeping the area clean.
For your upper lip, Left is a monroe piercing. The bottom lip could just be a lip piercing, or labret piercing.
Yes but you shouldn't pierce your own body. It could be dangerous if you don't pierce it right.
You have to be 16 at least anywhere in Canada to sign for your own piercing
If you've got a dermal anchor, then pregnancy should not have an effect on it. If it's a surface piercing, it has potential to reject even if you aren't pregnant so...hope that answers it.
