Does Facial hair comes back thicker after waxing?

everytime we shave to trim the thinnest part away and only the the thickest part becomes the thinnest, so it might look like it's getting a bit thicker every time we shave as effect, though it stops once the shaft has the same thickness along its whole length.

Why regrown hair may appear thicker than the removed hair is that it hasn't had a chance to wear out yet. Outgrown hair is constantly rubbing against clothes, bed linen, other parts of your body and whatever other surfaces it might touch, and this will eventually make it a little bit thinner.
