The SPF in the sunscreen plays no role in how many hours you can go without reapplication. If you need to quickly reapply your sunscreen after any water or exercise activities I highly recommend looking for a different brand. The Coppertone brand that I use, needs to be reapplied once every 8 hours even after sweating or water play activities.

What does it mean for a higher court to uphold a lower courts decision?

That means a case heard in a trial court was appealed to an appellate court; the appellate court agreed with the lower court's decision, and determined the case was conducted properly. When this happens, the appellate court "affirms" the trial court decision, and that decision becomes final unless the case is carried to a higher appellate court that reverses the trial court's decision.

What do I need to consider when searching for the best sunscreen?

You will need to find a sunscreen which has effective broad-spectrum protection. A sunscreen that has a SPF 30 blocks 97 percent of the ultra-violet sun rays. You need to remember to apply it several times when you are out in the sun, not just once. You will still tan, but at a slower, safer rate by generously applying the sunscreen so often.

Higher elevation is going to also have higher atmospheric pressure. My recollection is that the higher pressure of the atmosphere on the surface of the lake will cause a higher level of absorption in the lake itself.

How do climates a higher elevations tend to compare with climates a lower elevations?

Climates at higher elevations tend to be cooler and have lower average temperatures compared to lower elevations. This is because as you go higher in elevation, the air pressure decreases, leading to a drop in temperature. Higher elevations also usually receive more precipitation, as the air cools and condenses more readily. Additionally, higher elevations often have more variable weather patterns and experience stronger winds.

You need about a shot glass full to cover the average person. More or less to size. You must re-apply often as most sunscreen "wear off" after a few hours.
