It did for me, but you get addicted to the way it makes your nose look. it made mine look perfect, it thinned it out, and gave it a nice curve. but I'm not going to lie, it hurts. A lot. right now i just took out the nose-secret splints and my nose hurts, I put Neosporin up my nose and i think that's going to help. so yeah, IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE it works wonders. I used the large, it worked, but the extra large size made it so thin and perfect. its the best secret out there, but it hurts.

This product may work for some, but it did not work for me. The product claims to lift the tip of the nose by inserting cheap plastic in the shape of half circles into your nose, thereby making the nose look slimmer and straighter but it did not do that..I couldn't get the product securely into my nose no matter how much I tried to manipulate the plastic and/or my nose. I had to stop trying or else I would certainly end up in the emergency room.Buyer beware - they do NOT give refunds for dissatisfied customers.It certainly did not work for my sister.My best friend wears them and she is very happy with them. Unfortunately their largest size was too small for my big nose. I contacted them and got my refund.I have used this product over a year and it works for me. I took the chance to try it and so far I am happy with the results. Frankly , it didn't bother me that they don't offer a refund on $34.95. I would never expect refund on a $2.000 surgery while the results are not reversible if something goes wrong.
