It will look faded after too, you have to get it touched up about two to three months after to make it the real color you wanted. Most tattoo parlors will give free touch ups for life.
The ink is not going away the tattoo is just healing. When you get a tattoo you basically have a giant open wound that will heal over time. The ink that you first see when the tattoo is done is on the most surface layer of the skin. After that layer of skin heals over you are left with the ink that has penetrated deeper layers; a permanent mark. That is why the ink looks like it is slightly faded. The ink is not "going away", you are seeing the real tattoo for the first time.
Very slowly, if it fades at all. It's been 15 years and mine look basically the same. I only had 3 treatments which removed everything except the yellow and green. While the yellow has faded away, the green remains.

To get nutritious rich black soil it will normally take 3 years to rot the peels enough to create good soil. It may take less time with the peels. A year or until the peels rotted away.
Peels of shmitah year fruit that are not normally eaten can be thrown away as usual. If they are eaten by some people then they should be wrapped in a plastic bag before being thrown away.
kid? how old are you? don't get a tattoo. It's permanent. If you do get a tattoo, get a Henna tattoo. They go away after a while

i got a ":)" on the inside of my lip a little less than 2 days ago, honestly it didn't really hurt at all. it was done in about 15 seconds. sadly they charged me $60s and it has already pretty much totally faded away.
