Not at all. it sounds odd but it felt like a little tickling sensation mixed with a slight puff of air. i actually enjoyed it througly. totally reccommend it just make sure your piercer is nice, clean, and has tiny hands trust me. have fun :) be safe

It certainly is a good pinch for a woman to endure, but there really aren't a whole lot of nerve endings in the skin of the clitoral hood itself, and the needle meets virtually no resistance since the skin is so skin, so it is nowhere near as bad as getting the clitoris itself pierced.

It is sore for about a month or 2 but you don't feel it after a while
