It depends on how you choose to exercise. If you are walking or running every day, you will lose excess fat all over your body, giving you a more evenly toned look, but cardio is not the way to enhance your bum. Look into various squat exercises, as these will do the trick in the least amount of time. However, if you're looking for something a little more exciting, playing volleyball on the beach (or in the backyard) will help you quite a bit. If this isn't your thing, a simple half hour on your bike at a challenging pace will get you those solid hind quarters.
