If your image of beauty is anorexically

skinny, you may force yourself to workout excessively and not eat, therefore causing yourself to become anorexic. This being said, if you think that beauty means a nice skinny that is still in the normal, or slightly under, weight range than it may force you to workout, but not excessively. For guys, if they think being extremely muscular is attractive, than they may workout to an unhealthy point at which they risk injury. If they think that being handsome is being slightly muscular, than the may workout to a smaller extent, at which they risk less injury.What is important is that you should be fine with your own body image, and if your not, than go and do something about it, maybe lose a healhthamount of weight, but remember extremes aren't attractive.
