For a butt to be considered big it should look almost fake and like it doesn't fit on that person.

I've met people with big butts , but in reality it depends on the body shape of the person, if you're extremely small usually your butt is small, but in some cases it would be bigger! and if you're larger you usually have a bigger butt because you carry more fat!

All in all it depends on the person and the way there body is formed.
