How to grow nails fast? its simple. Theres lots of ways.

soak your finger or fingers in warm milk for 3 minute's.

you can paint your nails. its makes them stronger so they wont break as easily.

don't bite on them.

do some thing with your fingers. for ex. play/type on the computer.

play piano. write a letter. ANYTHING. also have a healthy diet. it will also help your skin and hair if you have a healthy diet.

1. DON'T BITE YOUR NAILS!!!!!!

2. Vitamin E Oil is supposed to help your cuticles.

3. Once a week give your nails a manicure. Put on some Cuticle Cream,cut your cuticles, and file your nails.

4. Don't get discouraged if your nails don't grow quickly. Some people will always have short nails no matter what. If your nails don't grow don't attract attention to them.

PS. I put nail polish on so I'm not tempted to bite my nails because I like the color/design.
