I would do three things. First, I would find their web site and get the mailing address of their offices. I would write them a formal letter stating my problem with their product and what I want done to make me happy. Second I would file a complaint with the Better Business where their office are located explaining my problem, telling them I sent a letter, and that I want their help in getting it solved. Finally, I would file a complaint with a consumer division that handles this sort of product. This may take a bit of research to find the right office, but it can be done. Doing all three things works because it puts pressure on the business to solve your problem. I have done this and within weeks I have gotten my money back or a new item.
