Many ways. They sleep in a braid or wet messy bun. The best way is to get a body wave perm. Your hair stylist will know what size of waves are best for you. Also, you can scrunch your hair when it's wet with your hands (and use hair gel if possible.) Also just loosley curl your hair and run your hands through it a bit and don't use much or any hairspray.
