How do you clip on hair extentions?

For a normal sized head you need to have 6 pieces altogether: * 1 with 6 clips * 1 with 5 clips * 2 with 2 clips * 2 with 1 clip And you will also need a comb and hairspray. Open all the clips before you start First you will section your hair. Put your fingers over your ears and run them straight to the back of your head until they meet; clip all that hair up out of the way so that the hair at the back of your head is left down. Get the 6 clip extension. This you will put in like a smile that will sit on the outside layer of the hair, you will see it here and you will not hide this clips because they won't be seen when the hair is let back down. Half a centimetre in from the hairline behind the ears you will take a small amount of the hair, the same amount as the width of the clip, and you will back-comb this. (Put the comb in about a centimetre along the length and push the hair back up to the head. Do this twice). This is an anchor for the clip so that it won't fall out. Place the first clip on this and close the clip. Hold the hairspray to the clip and spay on it for a second. Now remember this has to be put in so that it looks like a smile.The second clip is put in down a little further on the hair using the same technique (backcomb, close clip and spray technique) and then the next clip is down a little further again using said technique. Then you will start to make your way back up behind the other ear. When that is done it is time to put the 5 clip one in. You will let all your hair down now and put your fingers a centimetre over the line you did already and they will meet at the back of your head and clip this hair up out of the way. Start at the same depth as the other one, you will use the technique to put these clips on but they will go in a straight line not in a smile shape. Now to the side: You will use a 2 clip. Start 2 centimetres up from the ear and in one centimetre. Section up the hair over it that you will not be using. Use the technique to put the first clip in. For the second clip you will move it up so that they are not straight but at an angle. Then you will use the technique to put it on the hair. Time for the 1 clip one: A centimetre above the 2 clip row you have to put it in using the technique clipping up the hair out of the way that you are not using. All you have to do now is the other side in the exact same way. Don't forget to back comb the hair to anchor the clip and to spay it straight away before you move on to the next one.
