How do you draw a flower on my nails?

To draw hearts on your nails, use a thin brush to out line a heat. Dip the thin brush in it's bottle. Usually black or white paint. JUST OUTLINE! Then, you can just leave it, or if your good, you can fill it in with color.

Some people say you can use a toothpick dipped in nail polish, but if you're doing it on your own nails they sell little decals...you polish your nails in a color the flower will stand out against, let them dry, apply the decals to each nail you want them on and top coat over them.
