If rinsing with hot water to or using a fine wire to remove clogs doesn't work here is a simple replacement idea. Go to a drug store and buy a squeeze bottle of saline (salt water) nasal spray for a couple of dollars. Remove cover and remove spray tip by pushing gently from side to side while working it out. Empty, rinse & dry then replace contents with perfume. THIS WILL PROBABLY ONLY SPRAY in an upward direction but should do the job OK.
A perfume atomizer can be purchased at many places. A local Sephora has this product. Online, Amazon is probably the best place to buy a perfume atomizer.
This is a diagram of how the principle works. The straw in the mouth would be the bulb of a classic atomizer bulb connected to the atomizer top.
Atomizer... either the pump atomizer most common, or the bulb atomizer that used to be used.
I think the word you are looking for is an atomizer. It is a perfume bottle with a small rubber tube with a squeeze bulb attached at the end and, when you squeeze the bulb it sprays the perfume.
That's not specific enough to be definitive, but the word "atomizer" may be what you're looking for.
An atomizer is a refillable perfume bottle. Atomizers can be purchased online from stores such as Fragrantica, Amazon, Sephora, Travelo, and MakeupAlley.
A device that turns perfume into mist is typically called a perfume atomizer or a perfume sprayer. It works by dispersing the liquid perfume in a fine mist that can be sprayed onto the skin or clothes.
Sprayer, fragrance flask, Flask O' Scent, fragrance urn. The word you are looking for may be "atomizer".
When you squeeze the rubber bulb of a perfume atomizer, you decrease the volume of the bulb, which increases the air pressure inside it. This higher pressure forces air up through the tube to the nozzle. As the air exits the nozzle, it creates a drop in pressure at the top of the tube, allowing the liquid perfume to be drawn up from the reservoir and atomized into a fine mist.
Perfume atomizers work based on Bernoulli's principle, where the increase in air speed at the narrow opening of the atomizer results in a decrease in air pressure. This low-pressure zone allows the perfume to be drawn up through a tube and then sprayed out in a fine mist when it mixes with the fast-moving air.
If you purchase a 3.4 ounce bottle from a department store like Macy's or Nordstrom's expect to pay about $97 per bottle with the atomizer and about $72 without the atomizer. If you order online from FragranceX or Perfume Emporium you can get it at discount prices ranging between $50 and $60 bucks.
