My hair is straight but some times I cant be bothered to straighten my hair before I go to school. What I do is in the evening I wash my hair and then get out of the shower or bath but i don't dry my hair. I then brush my hair until there is no knots and then i put it up in a bun. I then sleep with bun in my hair all night long then in the morning i blow dry my hair and use some hairspray to keep it straight for around 8 hours. If your want your hair to keep straight for longer then you just keep blow drying .
relaxer and straight perm are basicly the same thing
A perm adds curl to straight hair and a relaxer straightens curly hair.
when you get a relaxer u do not have to cut your hair. All you have to do is if you been scratching put grease or oil on your scalp. If you are ok you have to part your hair in very small sections and put the perm on their. When u done with that you have to comb or work the relaxer. to do this part your hair with the perm still on there and comb the new growth to make it straight. you do not have to cut your hair at all.
A texturizer is a chemical hair straightening product that loosens the hair's curl without making it completely straight. Because it is a chemical hair straightener, it has many of the effects of a traditional hair relaxer.
Use relaxer, or get a weave.

Neutralizer are applied after a relaxer or perm. A relaxer straightens and a perm curls. Neutralizer locks the hair into it's straight shape and it also removes the chemicals from your hair to make it stop working.
Relaxer, Perm or flat iron
Both are equally as damaging - same for texturizers. They all contain the same chemicals.
Have you tried using a straightner? I think you can also get it chemically straightened, sort of like a perm, but instead of making it curly, they make it straight. If you don't mind chemicals you can straighten your hair with a hair relaxer. You can use or have someone who is experienced (hair dreeser) use a straightening comb or a flat iron works great too. It would depend on how long you'd like for your hair to remain straight. A relaxer lasts for about three months w/o touch ups (relaxer only to the new growth o your hair) Patti
