I'm assuming you want to grow the hair on top of your hair longer. Well to do this, you must have to let it grow. You can go to your stylist or barber and tell them to trim the sides a little bit and blend it to the top so it will not look stupid. Every 3-4 weeks get a hair cut to clean up the sides. You will have to have several haircuts to get the desired look.
