I've heard that bio oil and/or vitimin E works great.
Bio Oil is espeically made for improving appearances of stretch marks and scars, while vitimin E is used to make skin look better. You can cut open the vitimin E capsul and rub it on the scar.
Yes, they are both very good for healing cuts, and scars.
Yes. Diabetic people's scars often heal slower than people scars who aren't diabetic.

Apply gauze, if it is deep get butterfly strips to hold it together, if it is major go see a m.d. Holding it shut will stop bleeding, and it will heal, to hide the scar, once it is sealed, immediately buy lotion for fading scars.
YEP
cuts scars and bruises
Severe scars may require plastic surgery. Less severe scars should heal by themselves. Your skin will heal faster if you keep your skin moisturized with a moisturizing lotion (I recommend Valeline Intensive Care). And added I would recommend mederma or wal-greens scar gel. If you go by the directions your csar should heal faster than you expect. Mederna softens, lightens, and smoothes scars. Mederma is not not recommended on very large scars.
Topical application of vitamin E may help, especially if the scars are new.
Aloe vera.
Neosporin can help prevent infection in wounds, which may promote better healing and potentially reduce scarring. However, it is not specifically designed to heal scars.
By putting lots of neosporin on the cuts
