Answer:
Use Fullday Eye liner sealer. It's a clear product that goes over any eyeliner to keep it in place! I started using it a few months ago and I don't go out without it now. My eyeliner stays on all day www.fulldayliner.com
Most liquid eyeliners are water-based and therefore, do not have a long lasting wear to them. If you prefer a liquid eyeliner, look for one that is waterproof.
My recommendation is a gel eyeliner (such as Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner or MAC Fluidline.) You need a brush to apply it, but because it is a water-resistant gel-based formula, it has less of a chance of warming up to your body temperature and smudging off over the course of the day. You can find a brush that looks like a liquid liner applicator and dip it in the gel, then blot on your hand to remove excess product from the brush so you don't over-apply. They take just a few minutes to set, then once they are set they usually stay on all day (and sometimes all night!)
The other benefit to a gel eyeliner is that you can create two different looks with it. If you apply it kind of thick (like a liquid liner) and leave it alone to set, it looks just like liquid liner. However, if you smudge it before it's set, you can create a sexy, smoky eye that's very easy to smudge eyeshadow into (and it lasts all day.)

FORGET THAT!!! Lol that's what I read alot of other sites too...but I didnt want to spend tons of money on some gel eyeliner..so I kept searching and i found out that if you take a makeup brush and dip it in cornstarch then apply it where ever your going to put eyeliner on and after you finish putting on your eye makeup put on another layer of cornstarch! I wear scene makeup which uses alot of eyeliner and this makes it stay put all day! xoxo stay beautiful!!!
Well, you can use a translucent powder to powder it all over your face and that seals off the makeup you applied and prevents it from smudging. but ofcourse, i think you have to do mascara and eyeliner touch-ups if you have them on
How people wear their eyeliner is very personal, everyone has different styles and this is no exception. Personally i like to wear it on my top and bottom waterline for daytime and at night i also add ticks and put it under my eye as well. But there are different ways of wearing eyeliner to create different effects for example if you have small eyes you can give the illusion of bigger eyes by wearing little eye make up and go easy on colors that are too dark as these will keep the eyes looking open.
No, they never go to sleep because they have no eyelids. They just sit in the water and rest instead of sleeping. They do not have eyelids because eyelids keep your eyes moisturized, Under the water they have all the moisture they need.
Snakes do not have eyelids because they have evolved to have a protective layer called a spectacle or brille over their eyes. This clear scale helps keep their eyes moist and protected without the need for traditional eyelids.
No
The function of both - is to help keep dirt out of the eyes.
In some ways, yes. Most people find liquid eyeliner easier to apply and it gives a better look, especially if you are going for something dramatic. Liquid eyeliner, however, comes in small bottles and therefore runs out more frequently. So if you are buying a very expensive brand of eyeliner, it could be very expensive to keep buying liner. Also, liquid eyeliner smudges a lot more quickly and easily than pencil eyeliner does.
Fish don't have eyelids because they have evolved to protect their eyes using a transparent layer of tissue called the cornea. This tissue keeps their eyes moist and helps maintain their vision underwater. Eyelids would hinder their ability to see and navigate effectively in their aquatic environment.
Yes, cats have two pairs of eyelids. The inner pair, called the third eyelid or nictitating membrane, helps protect their eyes and keep them moist.
Yes, tigers have eyelids like most mammals. Their eyelids help protect their eyes and keep them moist. Tigers also have a third eyelid, called a nictitating membrane, which acts as an additional protective barrier.
it's just eyeliner to keep out the sand.
Eyeliner Sealer is a liquid that is applied to your eye over the top of any liner. It works on pencil liners, powders used as a liner such as cake liners or eyeshadow and liquid eyeliners. It should keep your eyeliner looking as though you just applied it for many hours.
