Another way to do this is to use a crumper, you can purchase one at wal-mart. What doesn't work: Curling it with a large or small curling iron. That makes your hair curly, not wavy. Although, if you curl it right, and use a bore bristled hair brush, and brush it out, it may be wavy. but i also may look like crap. it all depends on your hair thickness, which varies the size of the curler.
