This may sound nuts, but have you tried the "baby powder" trick? What you do is sprinkle baby powder on the "part" of your hair. BUT- just a little on the rest. I do this at home, it so works!!!!!!
if you are scrunching your hair and dont want to make it look greasy, you should use less gel or hairspray or whatever you use.
buy dry shampoo. works the same way! :)
It can make your hair dry out because you may be washing out some good oils that keep your hair shiny and healthy. If your hair seems a little greasy in between washings ( every other day) try using less hair products or even just brushing it with water on your brush no shampoo needed
No brushing your hair does not make it greasy, however when yOu brush your hair it sort of sticks to your head, which when your hair is already greasy can be annoying. A way to make you hair not look that greasy and stuck together is to dry yOur hair using a hairdryer but when your hair is dry it will force yOur haIRS apart and make them look less greasy. !! Good luck :)
wash it more often and use less conditioner.
The effects of shampooing and conditioning your hair is it wont be greasy, will be easier the style and will have less knots.
You can make your hair really soft by washing it less often.
Keeping your hair healthy will help it grow faster, using less heat (hairdryers, straighteners, curling irons) on your hair will help it. Surprisingly washing your hair less can also help it, because then your hair gets natural oils (it'll be greasy). Another way to help it grow faster is getting a trim about every six weeks, just getting any split ends/dead ends removed.
If you have greasy hair, then that mean you shampoo less often. So, usually what you need to do is to shampoo your hair more often. If it's still greasy, then ask a hair specialist about your problem. Remember: Don't shampoo everyday, you'll get bald that way. Just shampoo every one day. Ex. Shower on Monday, skip tuesday and then shower on Wednesday.
shampoo every day, and do not use a conditioner, buy a shampoo made especially for oily hair and rinse with vinegar.
If you touch hair with sweaty hands, the moisture and oils from your skin can transfer to the hair, making it feel greasy or weighed down. Sweat can also cause hair to clump together, leading to a less manageable texture. Additionally, the salt in sweat may irritate the scalp or hair follicles if left for an extended period. Regular washing can help remove any buildup caused by sweat.
No. Lice do not like hair oil because they can't latch onto the hair follicle. It's just like if you were going to try to turn a greasy doorknob. Lice can normally be found on the scalp behind the ears and right above the neck because hair is naturally less greasy in those places.
