3. Rub/massage your face. It improves circulation and starts to improve skin.

4. Remove makeup before sleeping: Its good to be clean&clear, because when you sleep your body repairs and it can't do that with makeup on the face

There are a lot of fancy things you can use, but I like to add honey to milk and just pat it on, then rinse with cool water. This works well with dry or chapped skin, there are more in depth things you can use for severe cases.

Vaseline intensive care gel (the thick stuff) or Bag Balm. Put it on really thick before bedtime and wear some soft cotton gloves or socks.
