If you want the liner under your top eyelashes pull up your eyelid so you can see the line look up and colour with eye liner, do this before applying the bottom layer. if you want it above your eyelashes on your eyelid, look down and keep one eye open.. pull ur eyelid down and try and keep the line straight when applying the eyeliner. it doesnt matter if it is a bit wiggly. smudged and smoky eye liner also looks great.
