I am not sure on what basis you distinguish between natural and unnatural methods of hair removal. You can shave hair off of a hand (or any location on the body) or you can pluck hairs with tweezers, which is much slower, but leaves no stubble behind. Of course, the hair will grow back. If you don't want it to grow back there is electrolysis, but presumably you consider that to be unnatural.
To remove hair from a hair brush, you take a comb and comb the hair from the brush, once you have removed most of it from the brush using the comb, you can pick the rest of it out by hand.

LOL Muslims are people too and can cut their hair anytime they want but i think your mis-understanding the people here its Sikh or Punjabi men who arent allowed to cut their hair and have to keep growing them forever.... but on the other hand I am Muslim and get a hair cut, what every 4 weeks ;)
It is unlikely that your hair will fall out by putting hand sanitizer on it. However, I would not make a practice of this behavior - it is called HAND sanitizer for a reason
