Although there are creams that say they are the answer to skin firming, the safest and best bet for you to achieve firm skin is through diet and exercises.
Following are isometric exercises that you can follow:
Eyebrows
Using three fingers from both hands, push your eyebrows upwards. Contract and push your eyebrows downwards to resist the upward force from your fingers. Do this gently and aim for 3 sets (10 seconds each set).
Cheeks
With the base of your palms on your cheekbones, smile as wide as you can, but, use your palms to apply downward pressure to your cheeks. Do this for about 10 seconds and repeat 3 times.
Neck
Pull your head as far back as you can and push your tongue up the roof of your mouth. Stay in this position for about 10 seconds, relax, and then release. Complete 3 sets.
Try to do these exercises minimum of 5 times per week and soon you will see great results.
