You can't exactly go out for 2 minutes and expect a tan. Also, you have to wear sunblock because even with it on you will STILL get tan. (Not saying you need spf 80, but 15 or 8 would be good for a tan...a few tans is not worth a battle against skin cancer).
Tanning depends on your skin type too. So its hard to say because if you have very light skin, you might get a little burnt and turn tan (but its not very dark or anything), or if you have the skin of my best friend, you tan very quickly and noticeably.
Like I said it depends on your skin type, but either way wear at least a little sunscreen.
if you stay out of the sun for about 4 weeks they will fasde away
being in the sun/working on farm
You get a tan from the sun. :) You tan easier if you get wet first, then stay out in the sun... Hope this helped. :)
Well I think spray tan if you tan to easily in the sun. Also tanning beds can burn you badly if you stay in too long.
Many people assume that it has a lot to do with the temperature but usually the temperature is only an indicator of what the UVB levels are at. The hotter it is the more UVB that day (UVB is what causes skin cancer, causes you to burn & tan). I would say though since many people don't know how to measure UVB levels that 85 degrees is a good tanning temperature (with little or no clouds)
oh yeah definitly. If you wanna tan a lot just use factor 30 but if not use facotr 50. if you dont wanna tan that much try to go to a spot that is in the shade, try to stay out of the sun
No it doesnt.. it just stops u from burning in the sun! The SPF numbers are how long you can stay in the sun without starting to burn... so in theory the higher the number the longer it will take to burn. U will tan regardless! x
Yeah if you stay in the sun for 3 hours
It is not recommended to stay out in the sun for prolonged periods without sunscreen as it can increase the risk of skin damage and skin cancer. If you want to tan safely, it's best to limit sun exposure to 10-30 minutes before seeking shade or wearing protective clothing.
you can get a tan in any temperature you can endure, as long as the sun is out and high up in the sky.
The only advice I found were to stay out of the sun, tan naked, and apply sunscreen. So basically if you go a nude beach you will be fine or you skip the beach or no tan
You can't get a tan. Some of the characters are natrually tan
