It depends whether you are gluing or clipping them in. Usually when clipping them they last longer, as you don't have to wash or use a treatment on them as often. My friend had her clip in ones for around a year. (Baring in mind, she didn't wear them everyday) When gluing them, they don't last as long due to constant washing and styling. (straightening/curling) When i glued mine in, they last around 7 months, but i noticed signs of them being 'ratty' and signs of split ends.
Just follow the care guide which comes with the extensions, and they'll last just under a year.
